Tryout Registration

Tryouts: October 19th

1 to 2:30 : 11 u and 12 u
3 to 4:30 : 13 u and 14 u
5 to 6:30 : 15 u and 16 u
7 to 8:30 : 17 u and 18 u

  • Team offers by Tuesday, October 21st by 8 pm.
  • Uniform fitting and Mandatory parent meeting on November 8th.

The Hawk’s Den Volleyball Club

12 u and 13 u Club Teams – $850

This includes 4 tournaments, practices twice a week, two jerseys, spandex, practice t-shirt, a hoodie, and a few extra optional clinics in November. *The clinic dates and times are TBA* The season runs from December to March

14 u, 15 u, 16 u, 17 u, and 18 u Club Teams – $1250

This includes 6 tournaments, practices twice a week, two jerseys, spandex, a practice t-shirt, a hoodie, and a few extra optional clinics in November. *The clinic dates and times are TBA* The season runs from December to March

12 u and 13/14 u Fundamentals Team – $350

This includes 1 tournament, practice once a week, one jersey, spandex, a practice t-shirt, a hoodie, and a few extra optional clinics in November. *The clinic dates and times are TBA* The season runs from December to March

All Club invites will be sent
Tuesday, October 21st.

  • We will have a 3 increment payment plan if needed.
  • We will have a mandatory parent meeting and jersey fitting for those who accepted the team offers on Sunday, November 8th.

Times for November 8th:

  • 9-10 am – 12 u and 12 u fundamentals
  • 10-11 am – 13 u
  • 11am -12pm – 14 u
  • 1-2pm – 15 u
  • 2-3 pm – 17 & 18 u

*You must use the age calculator to determine the age team for which you will try out. It is not the age you are currently. Use the age definition sheet for the 2024-2025 season.

Submit Tryout Fee: $20

  1. Prepay $20 via Venmo to @Amy-macchiaverna-1 or scan the QR code below.
  2. Or, bring cash or a check to tryouts.
